Tower Sacyr is the third tallest building in Spain with 236 m high.

Madrid is part of the set of four skyscrapers known as CTBA (Cuatro Torres Business Area) in the grounds of the former Ciudad Deportiva of Real Madrid CF

Of the four, Torre Sacyr is the only designed and built by Spanish architects Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Alvarez-Sala.

The project started in 2002 and construction was completed in October 2008

BACKGROUND

For the construction of the tower, they were needed to raise pallets curtain wall more than 4 m long and create a fast and reliable system for lifting workers that affected as little as possible to the front of the tower.

THE PROYECT

The most operative option was to install lift systems large capacity, high speed and booths of more than 4m in length.

THE SOLUTION

Industrial Turboiber installed an elevator 690 V double cabin, with a load capacity of 2500 kg, dimensions 4.3m useful background cabin, high speed and with a wide side door to facilitate loading.
